Ultronix Inc.’s commitment to outstanding customer support is second-to-none. Ultronix customer support is a well-established network of knowledgeable professionals committed to providing high quality timely service, customized to the specific requirements of our customers.

In addition to servicing Ultronix Inc equipment, our service engineers also service other manufacturers equipment. The Ultronix Inc. service organization offers cost effective ways of providing Field Service Support for equipment manufacturers that have field support requirements, but do not have the installed base to support a full time service engineer. Please contact us for additional information. Ultronix Inc. currently provides service for:

General Service Support:

Ultronix, Inc. normal operating hours are: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. EST. Field maintenance service is provided on a first come, first serve basis during these hours of operation. After hours and weekend support is also available.

Emergency “Machine Down” Support:

Emergency “Machine Down” situations will take priority over general service calls. Realizing the critical nature and cost of a production hard stop, Ultronix will dispatch a Field Engineer to your location with a best effort response commitment.

Preventive Maintenance:

Preventive maintenance requirements can differ with system size and configuration. The preventive maintenance procedures will be customized to fit your specific system. A 20-point comprehensive preventive maintenance procedure will be conducted consisting of component checkout and adjustments on your system.

Notes- Preventive Maintenance:

  1. A “System Clean” can be conducted in conjunction with the Preventive Maintenance procedure. Additional time to complete the cleanout is required.
  2. Degreasers experiencing an acid condition will require additional repair and service. Such conditions will be treated outside of this procedure and are not considered a preventative maintenance function.
  3. Hands-on training can be provided during this phase if desired.

System Cleanout:

System cleanouts can differ with system size and configuration. The system cleanout procedures will be customized to fit your specific system. The cleaning procedure is designed to remove contamination and return the system to production service.

Notes- System Cleanout:

  1. Our service engineer’s are confined space certified, possessing all the necessary equipment to perform system cleanouts.
  2. A “Preventive Maintenance” procedure can be conducted in conjunction with the System Cleanout. Additional time to complete the PM is required.
  3. Degreasers experiencing an acid condition will require additional repair and service. Such conditions will be treated outside of this procedure and are not considered a cleanout function.
  4. Hands-on training can be provided during this phase if desired.

System Evaluation and Consultation:

The Ultronix inc. technical staff has more then 30 years of experience in the chemical/vapor cleaning and manufacturing industry. De-Commissioning, Relocation Support:

Ultronix Inc. de-commissioning and relocation support safeguards a smooth and cost-efficient process eliminating relocation inefficiencies and reducing cycle time. Additional requirements to refurbish or upgrade your system can be addressed within the same project. Features:

Spare Part Logistics:

Ultronix spare part coverage programs have a strong focus on directly improving availability and cost of operations. Parts purchased through Ultronix Inc inventory assure parts are correct and stored close to your systems to minimize unexpected downtime. Ultronix offers a wide range of parts availability options, ranging from best effort to ninety-five percent of parts available for shipment within 48 hours of customer request.

Our repair depot technicians have extensive training, experience and background in the operation, servicing and repair of Ultronix, and other manufacture’s equipment and components. We offer fast evaluation, repair and turn-around of the following:

Remember:

  • Check your solvent level regularly.
  • Check the acidity regularly, regardless of how “stable” you think it is.
  • Replace the solvent when necessary. Allowing the tank to turn acidic will shorten the life of your degreasing system.
  • Keep a “system log” book and record all: PM’s, Acid checks, and Maintenance required.
  • Call us as soon as you detect a problem.
